I will continue to test and share some new features that I hope will be helpful.
View incoming documents in archived quotes and orders:

The ability to view incoming documents added to sales and purchase quotes and orders, even after they are archived, enhances your document management efficiency, ensures seamless access to critical information, supports informed decisions, and reduces administrative overhead.
As you might know, you can archive sales and purchase orders, quotes, return orders, and blanket orders in Business Central.
You can archive a sales or purchase document several times, saving a different archived version each time.
And on the Incoming Documents page, you can use different functions to review expense receipts, manage OCR tasks, and convert incoming document files, manually or automatically, to the relevant documents or journal lines. The external files can be attached at any process stage, including to posted documents and to the resulting vendor, customer, and general ledger entries. More details: Incoming Documents
For example, choose Create Incoming Document from File…
Then we can choose View Incoming Document on the order to view the related documents.
This can also be confirmed in the Factbox on the Sales Order.
PS: Please note that the Incoming Documents feature and the Attachments feature are not the same feature. This was mentioned when we discussed how to automatically upload files from OneDrive to Business Central with Power Automate (No customization).
With this wave (BC24), we can view incoming documents in archived quotes and orders.👏👏👏
For example, Sales Order Archive -> View Incoming Document
The Record field points to the order: Sales Order – 101006
If the order is not linked to any Incoming Documents, this action will be grayed out. New Incoming Documents cannot be created from the Sales Order Archive page.
If the order is deleted (fully posted or manually), it can be opened from the archived document as long as the Incoming Document is not deleted.
But the Record will be blank.
In BC23.5 and previous versions: This action does not exist.

PS: There is no Incoming Documents feature in Blanket Order and Return Order, so there is no Incoming Documents feature in Archive either. For example,
