Hi, Reader.
Today I’d like to briefly talk about how to create a new BC trial tenant via Microsoft Demo eXperiences (MDX).
We’ve previously discussed how to create BC trial tenant using Customer Digital Experiences (CDX).
- How to create a new trial Business Central tenant in Customer Digital Experiences (CDX) when the Create Tenant button is greyed out
- How to create a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement trial tenant in Customer Digital Experiences (CDX), Only for Microsoft partners, 90-day environment
- Customer Digital Experiences (CDX): All tenants are unavailable at this time due to licensing change (How to create a new Business Central trial environment?)
Customer Digital Experiences (CDX) has recently been officially updated to Microsoft Demo eXperiences (MDX). The method for creating a trial version has changed, so I’ll briefly share it in this post. (The URL has not changed)

PS: If you are not a Microsoft partner or do not have permission, the following information will be displayed after opening the page.
Not Authorized
Oops! It looks like you do not have permissions to access this page.
We looked but we couldn’t find your login Admin@2qcj3x.onmicrosoft.com associated to a Microsoft partner organization. Learn more about the Microsoft Cloud Partner Program or join the Microsoft Cloud Partner Program today.

In MDX, you can find the environments you’ve created in My Dashboard -> Overview.

It will still be displayed even if it was previously created in the formerly CDX.

NOTICE: The Create Tenant page has been deprecated. Live experiences (formerly Quick Tenants) are available at https://cdx.transform.microsoft.com/experiences?type=live+experience.. View latest health guidance

So does that mean it’s impossible to create a new trail tenant? Actually, there is a way, it’s just not immediately obvious. Let’s see more details.
Choose Experiences -> All Experiences

Search for experiences, demos, and more, for example, Business Central

Then you can find Business Central experiences in the search results, such as the one below. Click it.

Choose Add new account.

Fill in the required information. Then choose Add.

In Tenant details, select Claim new tenant, and then choose Start demo.

We are loading your experience
Please do not refresh the page while we get things ready.

Done.

Experiences details:

You can find the tenant you just created in the Dashboard.

Then we can log in to Microsoft 365 and the Business Central admin center.
PS: How to access Dynamics 365 Business Central admin center from the URL without Tenant ID

Great. Give it a try!!!😁
PS:
1. You can select ‘Delete‘ to remove any previously created tenants.

2. As of now, you can only create one trial tenant (90 day).
You have reached your tenant limit. Please visit My Dashboard to remove an existing tenant.

3. Only 3 environments can be created per month.

END
Hope this will help.
Thanks for reading.
