Hi, Readers.
Today I would like to share another mini tip about Business Central, how to hide the Sales Order Agent and Payables Agent icons in the upper right corner.
The agent feature in Business Central is the Level 3 Copilot feature mentioned by Microsoft at BC Tech Days (12 & 13 June 2025 Antwerp Belgium).

Sales Order Agent overview: Sales Order Agent helps Business Central users automate capturing sales orders.
Payables Agent overview: The Payables Agent solves a decade-old challenge: end-to-end processing of vendor invoices. Processing vendor invoices often creates bottlenecks and relies on accounting knowledge and mapping data and business rules to register invoices correctly.

And yesterday we discussed the pricing of the agent features in Business Central, More details: Regarding the cost of the Copilot/Agent features (Manage consumption-based billing for agent capabilities).
As of now, the following two icons are displayed in the upper right corner of the newly created environment. These two icons are not only displayed on the role center, but also pages that are accessed from the Role Center page open embedded within the Role Center framework.

I was recently asked by a partner if it was possible to hide these two icons for environments that do not plan to use the agents features. Of course, this is not difficult. Copilot is a system feature and an integral part of Business Central. Like most system features, you canāt turn Copilot on or off. But you can deactivate individual capabilities. More details: Configure Copilot and agent capabilities
In Business Central, search for and open theĀ Copilot & agent capabilitiesĀ page.

Find these two Agent functions and deactivate capabilities.

You must sign out and then sign in again to make the changes take effect.

Done.

These two icons will be invisible.

If you want to use this feature later, return to the Copilot & agent capabilities page and activate them.
Very simple, give it a try!!!š
END
Hope this will help.
Thanks for reading.
