If you are the notification recipients of Business Central, you might have received the notification emails from Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Yes, the major update of Dynamics 365 Business Central 2025 release wave 2 (BC27) is available for existing customers. (Dates differ across countries and regions)

An update to your environment is scheduled for November 5, 2025
We’ve scheduled your Dynamics 365 Business Central environment, SandboxNA260, to update to version 27.0.

Scheduled update version: 27.0
Scheduled date: November 5, 2025
Update window (UTC): Between 20:00 and 06:00 (Namibia Standard Time)

In Business Central Admin Center:

Now you can set update date for the existing environment.

Choose Update Settings -> Set update date.

Or click Modify after the update date.

Last day to apply update is 2026.02.28 in all environment. (Microsoft-localized environments and W1 environments)

A simple test: BC26.5 -> BC27.0

The environment has been updated to version 27.0 successfully
