Hi, Readers.
Today I would like to briefly share the Ask Learn feature in Microsoft Learn.
As you might know, learning how to use Business Central has never been easier. Microsoft provides a lot of documentation for us to learn and refer to. You can open the Business Central documentation home page in the following way.
Technical documentation:

And on all pages in Business Central, you can use Ctrl+F1 on your keyboard or click use the question mark in the upper right corner to open the Help pane.

You can jump directly to the MS Learn page.

Recently, Microsoft has added the Ask Learn action to all documents.

The first time you open it, you need to confirm briefly before you can try it out.

Very convenient.

Another simple example:

- Ask Learn responses are generated using AI and might be incorrect. We strongly recommend users review them for accuracy.
- Ask Learn currently only supports conversations in English.
- Ask Learn is currently only available on Training unit pages.
- Ask Learn can currently only reference documentation and training content published on Microsoft Learn.
- Ask Learn can only accept up to 500 characters of text per prompt.
- Ask Learn performs a search against Learn content for most user inputs. It performs best when users ask clear, simple, specific questions with strong keywords or phrases. Avoid short, ambiguous sentences without clear keywords, or detailed, verbose messages with lots of extraneous context.
2. You may have noticed that this is very similar to the Chat with Copilot feature in BC.
- Business Central 2024 wave 1 (BC24): Chat with Copilot
- Business Central 2024 wave 1 (BC24): Ask Copilot for help with fields

Hope this will help.
