I would like to share a piece of information today, new Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central pricing effective October 2025 (First price increase).
Today, Microsoft are announcing the first price increase for Dynamics 365 Business Central in more than five years. More details: New Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central pricing effective October 2025
The changes will be effective October 1, 2025, and the products will be priced comparably across different currencies. Business Central will be available for purchase at its current price before October 1, 2025.

To coincide with the price increase, Microsoft are increasing the storage entitlement included with each per user license.
- Business Central Essentials: 2GB/user -> 3GB
- Business Central Premium: 3GB/user -> 5GB
- Business Central Device: 1GB -> 1.5GB
The updated prices apply to new subscriptions and to existing subscriptions upon their first renewal on or after October 1, 2025.
The information provided by Microsoft did not mention any price changes for Team member and Additional capacity, so I think they should remain unchanged.

So if you have BC projects that are being proposed, customers that are being deployed, or customers that you support, please contact them as soon as possible to ensure that the price increase on October 1st of this year goes smoothly.
