Today I would like to briefly talk about how to disable/hide Power Automate action group for all users in Business Central.
Power Automate empowers customers to create their own workflows using a low-code/no-code approach with a vast amount of connectors that make it easy to integrate systems.
With Business Central 2022 wave 1 (BC20), every page that runs in the context of a data table now features a new Automate group in the action bar.

But different from normal actions, they have the following limitations:
- You can’t hide or move the Automate menu or the Power Automate submenu and its actions.
- You can move flows included under the Automate item, but you can’t hide them using personalization. Moving the flow makes a copy the flow in the destination, it doesn’t remove it from the Automate item.

In Dynamics 365 Business Central: How to hide Power Automate action group for some users by permission set, we briefly discussed that Power Automate action group can be hidden using the 9630 Allow Action Automate (System Object) permission.


But if we want to disable this feature for all users, is there a way other than permissions? Yes, there is a very simple way for this.
You can complete these steps to remove the Automate action group and its action from pages for all users.
- In Business Central, search for and open the Privacy Notices Status page.

- In the Microsoft Power Automate row, select the Disagree for Everyone check box.

PS: You must sign out and then sign in again to make the changes take effect.
Done.
